About the Apartment

This luxury, three bedroom, self catering apartment is situated on the third blood of this front line, sea facing building. There are breathtaking sea views from the lounge and the main bedroom with sliding doors leading off the lounge and main bedroom onto an expansive patio with beautiful views of the Indian Ocean. The sunrises and the full moon rising over the sea is spectacular. The apartment is fully airconditioned.

The apartment has been fitted with an inverter which provides power for lights, microwave, TV and free WIFI. 307 The Bermudas is within walking distance to the Umhlanga Village and several supermarkets, bars, restaurants and coffee shops.  

The Livingroom

The lounge and dining areas are a vibrant sea-inspired, soft green in colour, and decorated with crystal chandeliers which add that bit of wow and delight to this living area. A massive 75 inch Smart TV in the lounge provides entertainment for the whole family. A DVD player and DVD library with timeless classics lets you enjoy a bit of old-school entertainment, while a premium DSTV bouquet, Netflix and You Tube are available to keep the whole family happy. The open-plan dining area and lounge leads onto the patio overlooking the Indian ocean. Simply breathtaking!

The Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The Main Bedroom has a King-size bed and large sliding doors leading out onto the expansive patio with magnificent sea views. There is a 50 inch Smart TV in the main bedroom as well. The main en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower. The second bathroom that services the other two bedrooms has both a bath and a shower. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds that can be converted into a King size bed on request. There are partial sea views from the second bedroom as well.

The Kitchen

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream and you will find everything you need to ensure a truly memorable stay including a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine, and tumble-dryer.

The Patio

The patio leading off from the lounge and main bedroom is enormous with beautiful sea views. Enjoy a bbq (braai - in the local lingo) on the patio with a 6 seater patio table and a Weber gas barbeque. Al-fresco dining with meat straight off the BBQ, the sound of the sea and your loved ones around you.
